烟道内气态氟含量测定方法探讨

Discussion about of the Measuring Method of the Gaseous Fluoride Content in Flue

利用滤膜吸收法测定烟道中气氟,以测尘滤膜作为尘氟滤料,采用碱性浸渍滤膜捕集气态氟化物,直接用缓冲溶液测氟含量。该方法克服了冲击瓶吸收法的不足,具有简便快速、准确可靠的特点,满足环境监测的要求,适用于电解铝厂等排氟厂的烟道中气氟含量的测定。

The gas fluoride in flue was measured with the method of filter membrane absorption. Using dust counter filter membrane as the dust fluoride＇s filter material, and utilizing filter membrane impregnated alkalescence catching the gas fluoride, the content of the fluorine was measured directly with buffer solution. This method overcomes the shortcoming of ballistic bottle absorption, is handy, fast, exact and reliable, satisfying the need of environment inspecting. It is applicable to measuring the content of the gas fluoride in the flue of the electrolytic aluminium and other exhaling fluorine factories.
