摘要
建立氢化物发生--原子荧光法测定土壤中砷的方法,研究反应酸度、还原剂浓度、仪器条件等因素对测定的影响。在最佳条件下,测定土壤中砷的含量,该法操作简便、快速、准确、重复性好、灵敏度高。
In this paper.a method of hydride generation--atomic fluorescence spectrometry( HG--AFS) is established to determination the arsenic(As) in the soil . The effects of the reaction acidity,the corfccntration of reducing agent and condition of instrument on the determination of As are investigated. The optimized operating condition of the instrument is selected,according to the condition,examined the content of As in the Soil. This method is simple operation, high precision,good repeatability and convenient with a high sensitivity.
