摘要
本文对4—氨基安替比林直接光度法测定水中挥发酚含量过程的分析,建立了该方法合成标准不确定度的数学模式,给出影响测定挥发酚结果的标准溶液配制、标准曲线的制作、重复性实验等方面的不确定度分量。应用一个实例对其标准不确定度的分量作了详尽的分析和计算,得出测量扩展不确定度结果,从而定量说明测量结果的可信度,保证监测数据的准确可靠,从中分析得到影响测定结果的几个因素。
Through analyzing experimental process for direct 4- Aminoantipyrine spectrophotometric method used for determination of volatile phenols in water, the paper established a mathematic model on uncertainty for metrological standard, Using this model, uncertainty factors in the following critical experimental steps which could affect volatile phenol analysis results, including reference standard solution preparation, calibration curve establishment and method reproducibility, were determined. The paper also gave a practical application example to elucidate how to calculate standard uncertainty factors and how to interpret results, in order to give quantitative measurement on the reliability of acquired data and analysis result.
