Minithoracotomy Herniography Ligation in the Treatment of Pediatric Hernia Effect

目的探讨和总结微创小切口疝囊高位结扎术对小儿斜疝的治疗效果。方法采用微创小切口疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝128例。结果除20例术后出现阴囊轻度水肿外,无其他并发症发生,全部病例随访6～12个月,术后无1例复发。结论微创小切口疝囊高位结扎术具有操作简单、创伤小、手术时间短、恢复快、并发症少、切口瘢痕小等优点,是治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的理想方法,且麻醉要求不高,适宜在基层医院开展。

Objective To summarize Minithoracotomy Hemiography high ligation of infant hernia treatment effect. Methods Minithoracotomy Hemiography ligation in the treatment of 128 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia. Results Except 20 cases who appeared mild scrotal edema, no other complications occurred and all patients were followed up for 6 - 12 months, There was no recurrence. Conclusion Minithoracotomy Hemiography high ligation is simple, trauma, surgery time is short, quick recovery, few complications, a small incision scar advantages. Hernia treatment of children is the ideal method. Narcotic modest and appropriate in the grassroots hospitals.
