摘要 目的探讨培养护理专业学生的人文精神,为护理对象提供人性化的护理技术操作。方法设立实验组,通过改革护理技术操作流程、增加角色体验、更新技术操作考评标准、创建以人为本的考核方法等措施,培养学生的人文关怀精神。结果教学改革后的学生在护理操作全程中都能注意沟通,与对照组相比,对病人的关怀程度明显提高。结论在专业课中渗透人文关怀是培养学生人文精神的关键,在护理技能操作流程中加入人文关怀的程序,加大操作流程中态度指标的分值比重,是培养护理专业学生人文素质的有效方法。 Objective To explore the professional training of nursing students in the humanities caring spirit and to provide humanized care technical operations for the clients. Methods The experimental group was established, through reform of nursing techniques process, increasing role of experience, updating technology appraisal standards and building a people-oriented evaluation method to train students' s humanities caring spirit. Results After the reform of teaching, students in experimental group can pay their attention to communication during the whole process of nursing operation. Compared with the control group, students in experimental group caring the patients were significantly increased. Conclusion Infiltrating humanities concern in the specialized courses is the key point to train students' humanities spirit. It is an effective manner to train nursing students' humanistic qualities by adding the humanities procedures in nursing skills training and increasing attitude indicator scores in the operational process.
