RP-HPLC法测定刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷、紫丁香树脂苷的含量

Determination of Syringin and Syringaresinol in Ciwujia Injection by RP-HPLC

目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷、紫丁香树脂苷含量的方法。方法用十八烷基键合硅胶柱为固定相;流动相A为水,流动相B为乙腈,梯度条件为0→20min,A:90%→50%;流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长220nm。结果紫丁香苷在0.03～0.16μg(r=0.9997,n=5)范围内呈线性关系,紫丁香树脂苷在0.02～0.13μg(r=0.9993,n=5)范围内呈线性关系;紫丁香苷和紫丁香树脂苷的平均回收率分别为99.34%(RSD=0.58%)、99.22%(RSD=0.71%)。结论本法简便、准确,可用于刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷、紫丁香树脂苷的含量测定。

Objective To establish the determination method of syringin and syringaresinol in Ciwujia Injection with RP-HPLC. Methods C18 ODS was used as a stationary phase. The mobile phase consists of water and acetonitrile. The gradient condition was 0→20 min, A： 90%-50%. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 220 nm. Results The linear range of syringin was 0.03-0.16 μg （r=0.9997, n=5） and the linear range of Syringaresinol was 0.02-0.13 μg （r=0.9993, n=5）. The average recovery of syringin was 99.34% and RSD=0.58%. The average recovery of Syringaresinol was 99.22% and RSD--0.71%. Conclusions The method was simple, convenient and accurate, and can be used for content determination of syringin and syringaresinol in Giwujia injection.
