After the foundation of PRC, China develops very quickly, the management work of land and resources play a very important role in the national economic construction. Especially in present modernization construction of national economy, we should form the conception of scientific resourcs and environment, provide good service and support for economic development of China, it has realistic and profound significance for improving the management work of land and resources.
