摘要
文章探讨了城镇土地评价中主成分分析法应用的基本思路和步骤,其目的在于解决目前城镇土地评价方法中存在的评价因素的共线性和因素权重确定的主观性两个主要问题,并以邯郸市市区土地定级作为实例进行了分析。研究结果表明,利用主成分分析法进行城镇土地评价可以有效地揭示土地评价因素相互间的关系,且综合评价成果客观地反映了城镇土地质量优劣的空间差异。
The paper discusses basic idea and steps of the application of principal component analysis method in urban land evaluation in order to solve two problems that exist in the current urban land evaluation---the collinearity of evaluation factors and the subjectiveness in the process of determining the weights of evaluation factors, takes land grading of Handan city as an example to carry on the analisis. The study shows that the application of principal component analysis in urban land evaluation can effectively reveal the relationship between land evaluation factors, its result can objectively reflect the spatial differences of urban land quality.
