有创机械通气治疗人感染猪链球菌病3例

Observation of 3 Patients Infected by Streptococcus Suis Serotype 2 Treated with Invasive Mechanical Ventilation

目的:探讨有创机械通气治疗人感染猪链球菌病的临床应用价值。方法:对我院3例人感染猪链球菌病病例使用有创机械通气治疗,并对其优缺点进行分析。结果:3例病例均有效地纠正了低氧血症,2例发生呼吸机相关性肺炎。3例中1例痊愈,2例死亡。结论:重症人感染猪链球菌病可诱发全身炎症反应综合征,常导致急性肺损伤(ALI)以及急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发生。早期发现并及时进行机械通气能挽救患者的生命,但同时也造成感染机会的增加和巨大的经济负担。因此,积极预防和早期诊断治疗该疾病十分重要。

Objective：To discuss the clinic applicative value of patients infected by streptococcus suis serotype 2 treated with invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods： Using invasive mechanical ventilation in treaed three inpatients and to analysis chnical advantage and disadvantage of invasive mechanical ventilation. Results： Three patient＇s hypoxaemia was currected effectively. Two of them had ventilator induced pneumonia. One of them recovered from it, the other two were died of inflexible shock and DIC respectively. Conclusion： Serious infection of streptococcus suis serotype 2 could be a general inflammatory syndrome, result to ALI and ARDS frequently. Earlier diagnosis and using invasive mechanical ventilation can save patient＇s life, while itself can bring increased infection and enormous economic burden. So, positive prevent, earlier diagnosis and treatment are very essential.
