摘要 目的:探讨Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测20例正常卵巢组织、40例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤、49例上皮性卵巢癌组织中的Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况,分析其表达与不同临床病理特征的表达关系。结果:(1)在正常卵巢组织及良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中,Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白的表达差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),在良性、恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中,Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白的表达差异有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)在不同的类型的上皮性卵巢癌中,Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白的表达差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。在不同的组织学分级,Survivin蛋白差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而Bcl-2蛋白的表达差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),在不同的临床分期中,Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。(3)Survivin蛋白表达和Bcl-2蛋白表达呈正相关。结论:(1)Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白可能参与了卵巢肿瘤的发生发展过程。(2)Survivin蛋白和Bcl-2蛋白在卵巢癌的发生、发展中可能起协同作用。 Objective: To investigate the expression and correlativity of Survivin and Bcl-2 proteins in patients with epithelial ovarian neoplasm. Methods. Survivin and Bcl-2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical SABC technique in 20 cases of normal ovaries,40 cases of benign tumor and 49 cases of ovarian cancer. The relationship between Survivin and Bcl-2 proteins and clinical date of ovarian carcinoma was analyzed. Results:(1)The positive rates of survivin protein and Bcl-2 protein were no significant difference between normal ovaries and benign tumors. There was significant difference between benign tumors and epithelial ovarian cancer. (2)The positive rates of survivin protein and Bcl-2 protein among the three groups were not significantly different, and there was a significant difference among three Grade. The positive rates of Bcl-2 protein among the three groups were not significantly different, and there was no significant difference among three Grade. The positive rate of Survivin protein and Bcl-2 protein in stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ、stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ was significant difference. (3)There was positive correlation between the expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 proteins in epithelial ovarian neoplasm. Conclusion: The up-regulation of survivin in EOC suggested that survivin may play a role in the pathway of carcinoma and survivin may be identified as a potential therapeutic target in epithelial ovarian cancers(EOC). Survivin and Bcl-2 proteins might play synergetic roles in the process of carcinogenesis of EOC.
