自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗中枢神经系统损伤性疾病(附五例报告) 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗中枢神经系统损伤后神经功能障碍的有效性和安全性。方法:2004年10月-2005年5月,应用自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗5例中枢神经系统损伤后神经功能障碍患者(脑卒中患者3例,脑外伤术后患者2例)。手术首先抽取自体骨髓细胞悬液,在体外经过分离培养后,制成骨髓间充质干细胞悬液,通过静脉输注方式移植脑内。结果:移植治疗后所有患者均未见不良反应。出院半年后随访,最长随访时间达2年。5例患者神经功能缺损症状较移植前均有很大程度的改善,其中2例神志不清患者神志恢复,可按吩咐动作;4例患者肌力提高1-3个级别;失语症状均得到一定改善。结论:自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗中枢神经系统损伤后神经功能缺损疾病是一种简单、安全、有效的方法,值得进一步开展临床观察和验证。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and security of autologous transplantation of bonemarrow mononuclear cells for the treatment of patients with neurological impairment. Methods: Five patients with neurological impairment were treated by autologous transplantation of bonemarrow mononuclear cells from October 2004 to May 2005. Among them,3 patients were suffering from cerebral ischemia and 2 were in post operation of cerebral trauma. After aspiration of bone marrow blood from the ilium, the mononuclear cells were isolated and transplanted into patients by intravenous drip infusion. Results: No complications were found in this group. Five patients had improvements in neurological function. Among them,2 patients had mind instauration and could act to order. Muscle powers in 4 patients were improved to 1 or 3 grades. All of them corrected the aphasia to a degree. Conclusion: Autologous transplantation of bone-marrow mononuclear cells could be a simple, safe, and effective method to treat patients with neurological impairment. This therapy is worthy of further observation and practice.
