骨水泥双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折

Cemented Bipolar Prosthetic Replacement for Intertrochanteric Fracture in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

目的：探讨采用骨水泥双极人工股骨头置换治疗高年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：用标准骨水泥双极人工股骨头置换治疗年龄在75岁以上的股骨粗隆间骨折32例,骨折线在小粗隆以上。结果：全部病例术后2-3周可下地行走,关节活动度正常。结论：采用骨水泥双极人工股骨头置换治疗高年不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折,可以尽早恢复肢体功能,早期下地负重,提高生活质量,是内固定治疗很好的补充。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical outcome of cemented bipolar prosthetic replacement for themanagement of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods： Thirty-two cases of the intertrochantefic fracture, whose age were over seventy-five years, were treated by cemented bipolar prosthetic replacement,in which fracture line was over lesser trochanter. Results：All patients had normal function of the hip joint and the weight beating in two weeks after cemented bipolar prosthetic replacement. Conclusion：Elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture treated by cemented bipolar prosthetic replacement can allow weight-bearing early, and it benefits the patients rehabilitation, may be the better choice than internal fixation in the advantage of earlier functional recovery and lower complications.
