摘要
目的:观察综合治疗牙折裂的疗效。方法:142例(156颗患牙)牙折裂患者采用根管治疗并行全冠修复。结果:隐裂型成功率为96.3%,龈上折裂型成功率为95.3%,龈下折裂型成功率为69.7%;总成功率为88.5%。结论:牙折裂早期固定,完善根管治疗后可有效保存,并发挥咀嚼功能。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the odontoclasis with comprehensive treatment. Methods.All 142 cases （156 odontoclasis）were restored with full-crown after root canal therapy. Results：The effect rate was 96.3% for the cracked-teeth, 95.3% for the supragingival fracture,69.9% for the subragingival fracture. The total effect rate was 88.5%. Conclusion： With fixed early and appropriate treatment, the teeth can be conserved effectively and exert good masticatory function.
