摘要 本文提出了一种可以运用于微机械陀螺接口电路中的新型开关相敏解调方法,它的电路实现比较容易,同时能够良好地抑制前级的直流电位偏差,可以最大限度地减小由于微机械陀螺接口电路的梳齿电容的不匹配而造成的直流失调电压,从而使所得到信号具有更小的谐波失真,提高陀螺的检测灵敏度. A novel switched demodulation method which can be applied on Micro-gyroscope interfacing circuit has been presented. The circuit is easy to realize and can well restrain the DC offset arises from forward stages. Its most important advantage is to decrease the distortion of output signal due to the discrepancy of detection capacitance, as a result, the output signal has a lower THD and the Micro-gyroscope can obtain a better sensitivity.
