摘要
SE-2声发射参数测试仪综合了国内外同类仪器的优点,定位精确,能测试多种参数。本文介绍了该仪器的设计、实验室标定和现场应用。多种试样的AE标定试验结果均与常规应力分析吻合,现场压力容器加载过程AE定位检测也与常规无损探伤、应力测量结果一致。可用于压力容器日常安全监测及水压加载试验质量安全评定,以及金属及非金属材料的结构和力学特性的研究。仪器参数稍加变更,还可用于岩石或混凝土结构的安全监测。
The SE-2 Acoustic Emission Parameters Instrument discussed in this paper, integrating advantages of the instruments of the kind at home and abroad, is of high accuracy in positioning, and makes it possible to measure several parameiers. In this paper are present- ed the design, calibration in laboratory and field application of the instrument. The results from AE calibrating many test pieces are all in conformity with those of regular stress analysis: also the results of AE positioning detection of loaded process of field pressure vessels are in agreement with those of regular non-destruction detection and stress measurement. The instrument can be used for daily safety monitoring of pressure vessels, quality and safety assessment of water pressure loaded testing, and research of structures and mechanics of metal and non-metal materials. In addition, the instrument may he employed to monitor the safety of rock or concrete structures if some parameters of the instrument will be altered.
