摘要
针对隔膜泵采用继电器控制时,控制精度低,工作可靠性差等问题。采用PLC对往复式隔膜泵进行控制,PLC根据干簧管传递来的检测信号,控制电磁阀的开闭来改变活塞的前后位置移动。推进液系统采用PLC控制两位三通电磁气阀使两位两通气液阀动作从而控制隔膜室中的油量及隔膜的位置。以欧姆龙CPM2A为例实现了GMB200-2.5往复式隔膜泵的PLC控制。实践表明:PLC控制提高了控制精度和可靠性,减少了故障发生率,性能良好,运行可靠,操作方便,自动化程度较高,降低了维修成本,提高了易损件的使用寿命。
The control of the diaphragm pump all uses the relay control, in which the control precision is low, and the operational reliability is poor. To solve the above problem, PLC control in reciprocating diaphragm pump is adopted. The PLC examines the signal which reed pipe transmits and controls the elec- tromagnetic valve's opening and closing so that to change the piston's displacement. Hydraulic system use PLC to control electromagnetic valves thus to control the oil chamber volume and diaphragm displacement. The OMRON CPM2A is taken as an example to introduce PLC control system of reciprocating diaphragm pump. As it is proved, it can increase the precision and the reliability of control,reduce the rate of malfunction, and enhance the life expectancy.
