“文后参考文献”著录规范化问题浅析

文后参考文献是论著的重要组成部分。它是论文行文的科学依据,也是著者尊重他人研究成果的一种表示以及为节约篇幅和叙述方便,提供在论著中提及而没有展开的有关内容的详尽文本。因此,正确有效地著录参考文献非常重要。国家相关部门先后出台了一系列的编排规范,要求国内各学术期刊参照执行,其中对参考文献的规范问题有明确的规定。经过十几年的发展,规范不断完善,但是依然存在一些问题,只有对参考文献规范的具体内容进一步细化,加强其实施的科学性、可操作性,才能使学术期刊的文后参考文献日益规范化,才能充分发挥参考文献在学术规范中的重要作用。

The reference, as an essential part, is the scientific basis of a paper, a respect for the others＇ research result as well as a device to provide detailed text for those parts that are touched but not elaborated out of economy and convenience. As a result, a correct and efficient reference is of great significance. For this purpose, the Government brings out a series of policies to standardize the journals of the liberal arts and social sciences, especially the reference. After more than a decade, Chinese journals become more standardized, but problems do exist. The present paper argues that only after the content of the reference is further specified to make the rules more applicable and scientific, can the reference for university journals become more standard- ized so as to make these journals play a more important role in the academic normalization.
