摘要
本文记述宁夏回族自治区银川市平吉堡地区吸血双翅目蠓科细蠓属１新种：以新细蠓Ｌｅｐｔｏｃｏｎｏｐｓ（Ｈｏｌｏｃｏｎｏｐｓ）ｙｉｘｉｎｉ，ｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．。
The present paper deals with a new species of Leptoconops from Ningxia,China.The type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Military Medical Sciences, PLA Lanzhou,Lanzhou 730020, Gansu Province, China. Leptoconops (Holoconops) yixini, sp.nov. (Figs.1～11) The new species is somewhat similar to Leptoconops (Holoconops) montanus Konur and Leptoconops (Holoconops) binisigula Yu et Liu. But differs from the latter two species chiefly in the shape of spermatheca and aedeagus,and dilation of parameres. Holotype♀ ,allotype♂,collected on May 9, 1987, paratype 1♂,collected on June 15, 1987,Pingjibu (38 35 ′N,106 18 ′E),Yinchuan City,Ningxia.
