摘要 多糖由于结构复杂使解析结构非常繁琐和困难,使对各种多糖的深入研究受限。核磁共振波谱法(NMR)是解析物质结构最有效的手段,近年该技术的发展也很迅速。本文综述了一维核磁共振(1D-NMR)和二维核磁共振波谱法(2D-NMR,包括COSY,TOCSY,ROESY,NOESY,HMQC,HSQC与HMBC)在多糖结构分析中的应用。这些技术可以提供如多糖的单糖组成、单糖残基间的顺序、单糖残基在糖苷键中的位置、环状结构的类型和糖苷键的构型等许多信息,成为分析多糖结构不可缺少的工具。 The structural analysis of polysaccharides is very tedious and difficult because of the structural complexity of the substances, and then the difficulty is a hindrance for the deep study of polysaccharides. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is the most effective means for the structural analysis of substances and the technology develops at a fast speed in recent years. This article reviews the applications of one-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1D-NMR) and 2D-NMR (COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, NOESY, HMQC, HSQC and HMBC) for the structural analysis of polysaccharides. The technology can provide information about monosaccharide composition of polysaccharides, residues sequence and its position in glucosidic bond, linkage types, configuration of glycosyl-residues, etc.
