摘要
本文主要研究全自动屋顶包饮品纸盒灌装机进盒机构的控制系统改进问题。文中是针对目前国外最先进的全自动屋顶包灌装机进盒机构的控制系统进行一次降低成本的国产化改造。经过对控制系统的研究和改进,并结合气动技术实现自动控制,改进后的机构成本得到了大大降低,同时维护更加方便。
This article mainly focuses on the control system modification ＆ improvement to the in-feeder in an automatic gable top canon filler. It will further cut down the machine localization cost when improving the control system to the current most advanced filler in the world. Meanwhile, it will greatly optimize the mechanism design and maintenance with latest low cost pneumatic technology.
