摘要
清末修律是中国法制史上的重大历史事件,清末修律对依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的重要启示在于:依法治国必须与更新传统法律观念和树立现代法治意识结合起来;依法治国必须结合中国国情,正确把握学习和继受西方法律;依法治国必须吸取中华传统法律文化和优良传统道德的精华,实事求是地推进法治建设。
Law rectification in the late Qing Dynasty is a great event in Chinese legislative history. Its enlightenment in our constructing a socialist legislative country based on law is ： we should combine the idea of renewing conventional law concept and setting up a modern legislative awareness; take Chinese national situation into account in studying and taking in western law; absorb the essence of Chinese traditional law culture and morality to put forward the construction of law.
