摘要
报导了中国东北产三种苍术属植物的核型资料，核型公式分别为：北苍术〔Ａｔｒａｃｔｙｌｏｄｅｓｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ（ＤＣ．）Ｋｏｉｄｚ．〕Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２４＝１２ｍ＋６ｓｍ＋６ｓｔ（４ＳＡＴ），关苍术〔Ａ．ｊａｐｏｎｉｃａＫｏｉｄｚ．〕Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２４＝１４ｍ＋１０ｓｍ（４ＳＡＴ），朝鲜苍术〔Ａ．ｋｏｒｅａｎａ（Ｎａｋａｉ）Ｋｉｔａｍ．〕Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２４＝１０ｍ＋１４ｓｍ（４ＳＡＴ），三者核型对称性均为２Ｂ型；关苍术和朝鲜苍术染色体数与前人报导不同；
We deals with karyotype data of three species of Atractylodes DC. from the North-east of China, their Karyotype formulae are as follow: Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. K(2n)=24=12m+6sm+6st(4SAT), Atractylodes japonica Koidz. K(2n)=24=14m+10sm(4SAT), Atractylodes koreana (Nakai) Kitam. K(2n)=24=10m+14sm(4SAT).The symmetry of the Karyotype of three species is 2B separately. The somatic chromosome numbers of A.japonica and A. koreana are different from previous reports; Meanwhile infrageneric taxonomic treatment and evolutionary relationships are also discussed in this paper combining with morphological data.
