摘要
针对由机械设备、隔振器和基座结构组成的有限数量点接触的线性离散机械振动系统,阐述了机械设备传递给基座的结构声功率、机械设备振动自由速度、隔振器的传递阻抗、机械设备和基座结构的机械导纳等计算结构声功率所需的参数,再基于导纳和能量流推导出机械振动系统结构声功率的估算公式,最后利用机械设备振动源特性描述参数,建立不同安装状态下的机械设备振动激励特性的转换关系,并对估算值与试验测量值进行对比分析,说明该方法能满足工程精度要求。
The structure-borne power transfer characteristics from machinery to seat via isolators were firstly analyzed in the study. Some of the important parameters including free velocity, transfer impedance of isolator and mobility of seat were computed, the structure-borne power flow transfer expression in vibration isolation system was then derived. Finally, the transferring relationship of ma- chinery exciting force and response under different mounting conditions were found based on the characterization of machinery exciting properties. The numerical estimation and test data were analyzed and compared. The results demonstrated that this method could fulfill the needed accuracy.
