摘要 由于材料特性上的差异,直接用角接触球轴承径向刚度计算公式来计算混合陶瓷球轴承径向刚度会产生较大的误差,因此通过原公式计算值与实验值的对比,提出了混合陶瓷球轴承径向刚度的修正计算公式,并以GMN公司生产的某型号轴承为对象进行了验证,结果表明:修正值与实验值基本保持一致,误差不超过2%,从而提供了一种计算角接触陶瓷球轴承径向静刚度的简便方法。 Because the difference of between the material character, there is a biggish error if using the traditional angle contact ball bearing radial rigidity calculating equation directly to calculate the radial rigidity of the angle contact ceramic ball bearing, through the calculated value by using the traditional equation contrasted with the experimental value, a revised hybrid ceram]c ball beating radial rigidity calculating equation is given, then take a kind of bearing manufactured by GMN corporation for example, its verified that the revised value according with the experimental value basically, the error does not beyond 2 percent, so the revised equation is a simple method for calculating the radial rigidity of the angle contact ceramic ball beating.
