城市治理理论及其在中国的实践

The Theory of City Governance and Its Practice in China

城市治理近年来成为公共管理学等学科的一个研究热点。本文在对城市治理的含义、城市治理的理论背景进行分析的基础上,提出城市治理与普通意义上治理的概念的区别与联系,并对中国城市治理的实践作了探讨,分析了中国的城市治理在实践上的如下方面治理的实施在发展时序和空间上有别于农村;城市治理的政治体制背景;城市治理的实际操作模式;最后,文章提出了今后中国城市治理的发展路径。

City governance has become a highlight point presently in some research fields such as city planning studying, human geographic studying, city management studying, city society studying, administration studying etc. This paper discusses the meaning of city governance and the theory of civil society, analyzes the city governance and its practice in China. Analyzed some practices in the following fields of city governance in China, such as the governance applied differently in space and time between city and countryside, the policy system background of city governance, and the actual operation pattern of city governance. At the end, the paper put forward the developmental path of city governance in China.
