北宋历史语境下的文人政治博弈——“进奏院狱”和北宋文人心态

Scholar-officials' Political Tricks in the Historical and Cultural Background of the Northern Song Dynasty

公元1044年,北宋政府对一批在国家重要机关内饮酒聚会的官员进行严厉惩处,史称"进奏院狱"或"邸狱"。进奏院狱成为北宋庆历年间的重要政治事件,虽然其中有复杂的政治斗争背景,但过多地关注"改革"、"保守"阵营的划分,容易忽视进奏院狱在北宋文人心态发展史上的影响,从而失去对北宋历史语境下文人政治博弈的考察。进奏院狱在当时产生巨大冲击波,原因在于案件发生地点的特殊性、涉案人员的特殊性和当时政治背景的特殊性。进奏院狱表面上是一起经济案件,其实质是传统政治伦理的坚守者借对文人轻薄之风的打击与纠正,抑止以不合法手段"出位议政"的行为。

The case of'Jin Zou Yuan' prison, happened during the Qingli period of the Northern song dynasty, caused a great influence at that time due to the peculiarities of the scene. Those persons related to the case were punished because of assembling and drinking at important departments of the state, though they occupied certain official positions. The stern punishment to the related scholars under the order of Song Renzong showed that the cosmos should be strictly obeyed. Seemingly as an economic case, it was set for scholars' flippancy. Actually above all, it prohibited scholars from surpassing their rights to participate in political affairs in illegal ways. So, the case had a great influence on the development of the scholars mentality during the Qingli period.
