用免疫荧光法检测鸡痘病毒感染的研究

对应用免疫荧光法检测鸡痘病毒感染鸡血清进行了研究。在鸡痘病毒感染细胞培养物抗原标本制备、免疫荧光染色条件以及反应特异性等研究探索的基础上，对来自于秦皇岛地区鸡痘高发区１５６０份鸡血清的免疫荧光法检测阳性反应率为１６．５４％，比常规的琼脂扩散法（阳性反应率６．９９％）高出９．

The detection of chicken serum infected with henpox virus using the immuno fluorescence method was studied.On the basis of the preparation of antigen specimen from celluar culture infected with henpox virus ,the study and probe of dyeirg condition of immuno fluorescence and the specific characteristics of the reaction,1 560 chicken serum from high morbidity regions of henpox in Qinhuangdao was examined with immano fluorescence method and the rate of positive reaction was 16.54%,9.55 per cent higher than than detected with conventional agar diffusion method (the rate of positive reaction was 6.99%).
