摘要
本文论述了高频地波超视距雷达不同于微波雷达的特点及其在军事方面和在民用方面的用途。
The characteristics that make the HF ground wave over-the-horizon （OTH） radars different from microwave radars are discussed. Besides, the applications of HF groundwave OTH radars in military and civil fields are presented.
