SEPT7与神经肿瘤的关系

Relation between SEPT7 and Neural Tumor

摘要 人隔蛋白7(SEPT7)是隔蛋白家族成员,参与调控细胞内许多重要的生物学行为,现已初步发现SEPT7在神经肿瘤中表达下调,提示SEPT7与神经肿瘤具有相关性,文章对SEPT7与神经肿瘤的关系以及在酵母分裂过程中表达的与SEPT7高度同源的CDC10的资料进行了总结。 As a member of septin family, SEPT7 participates in the regulation of a variety of important biological behaviors in cells. It is found that SEPT7 is down-regualted in neural tumors, suggesting that SEPT7 is linked to neural tumors. This paper reviews the relationship between SEPT7 and neural tumor and discuss CDC10, which is highly homologous with SEPT7, and is expressed in the division of yeast.
