福禄考种子辐射后的细胞学观察 被引量:1

摘要 将一、二年生花卉福禄考的干种子分别用^(60)Co——γ射线的8个剂量进行了照射。并对照射后的种子根尖进行了细胞学的观察,结果发现在同一剂量率内,随着辐射剂量的增加,发芽率逐渐下降,其细胞分裂相有依次递减且分裂细胞内的染色体有逐渐粘滞而不易分散的现象。并且在同一剂量率内,根尖内具有染色体断片的细胞数和微核数的多少与剂量大小成正比,但当剂量高达一定值时,再增加,具有染色体断片的细胞与微核数则开始下降。 The phlox seedsof annual and biennual flower plant were radiated with r-ray of ^(60)Co with a dosage of 8 units. Root tip of seeds was studied after radiated treatment. The results indicated that within the same rate, the rate of germination of seeds decreased with the increasing of radiation dosage; the number of mitotic phase cells are difficult to separate. The number of fragments of chromosomes and micronuclei were in positire proportion with dosage, but after it reached a definite amount, the number of mitotic cells with chromosome fragment and micronuclei decreased with the increasing of dosage.
