摘要
用接触有限元法建立了高压辊磨机辊面与硬质合金柱钉过盈配合的有限元力学模型。针对4种不同过盈量的配合状态,用ANSYS进行了过盈配合的接触有限元数值仿真,得出了磨辊机体与硬质合金柱钉在这4种不同配合状态下的应力分布规律及变形情况,得到了最佳设计过盈量,为磨辊机的设计提供了理论依据。
The paper established the finite element kinetic model of interference fit between roller of high pressure roller mill and hard alloy stud with contact finite element approach. According to four kinds of fitness with different magnitude of interference, the contact finite element numerical simulation to interference fit was conducted with ANSYS in this paper, and concluded the stress distribution law and deformation status of the mill roller and the hard alloy stud under the four kinds of different fit status, and the optimal designing value of magnitude of interference was obtained, which offered the theoretical reference for designing roller mill.
