摘要
基于大量的工程车辆翻车保护结构试验,分析了翻车保护结构的变形模式和失效机理。研究结果表明,多数不满足标准规定性能要求的翻车保护结构是在侧向加载过程中失效;翻车保护结构不满足垂直承载能力要求的原因是被加载构件形成了塑性铰机构导致大变形;纵向承载能力未达到标准要求的原因是纵向承载构件刚度不连续,导致塑性铰提前形成,无法继续承载。工程车辆翻车保护结构失效模式和机理为翻车保护结构的设计和制造提供了参考。
On the basis of lots of testing for turn-over protection structure of engineering vehicle, the paper analyzed the deformation mode and failure mechanism of turn-over protection structure. The study result shows that majority of turn-over protection dissatisfied standard performance requirement fail during the lateral loading process, the reason about turn-over protection structure dissatisfied vertical loading requirement is the loading component formed plastic hinge mechanism then caused severe deformation, and the reason about turn-over protection structure dissatisfied longitudinal loading requirement was is the rigidity of longitudinal loading component is discontinuous so that the plastic hinge forms in advance and can not be keep on being loaded. Failure mode and mechanism of turn-over protection structure of engineering vehicle offers reference for designing and manufacturing the turn-over protection structure.
