Pay attention to dermatopharmacokinetics in investigation on the topical dermatological drugs

摘要 皮肤药代动力学研究的不充分、不全面、甚至缺乏,是目前皮肤局部外用药物研发和评价中遇见的常见问题。为此,本文探讨了在新药研发和评价中,皮肤药代动力学研究可选用的试验技术和方法以及各自优缺点。并结合审评实例进行了分析,以期为该类药物的研发和评价提供有益的参考。
