Structure City Estate of Circulation Type

社会发展遵循客观的规律,建设循环型社会就是这一客观发展规律的表现。而循环型城市则是循环型社会的一个载体,是循环型社会视野下的一个空间化概念或场域概念。循环型的城市产业又是构建循环型城市的一个核心性内容,承担着循环型城市经济发展的重任。因此,构建循环型的城市产业成为中国城市政府亟待解决的现实课题。通过对循环型城市产业的价值、循环型城市产业的构建战略和相关保障体系等问题的探讨,以求能推动循环型城市和循环型社会的构建。

The society develops by certain objective law. The society which builds the circulation type is the reflection of such an objective law. The circttlation type city is, however, a carrier of circulation type society, or a space concept or region concept under ken of circulation type society. City estate of circulation type is a core of structuring circulation type city, bearing heavy responsibility of economic growth of circulation type city.
