摘要
我国的家族企业经过改革开放后二十余年的发展,目前正处于成长的关键时期,面临着技术、制度、管理和文化的全面转型。随着家族企业对我国社会影响力的不断增加,家族企业的社会责任问题日益成为社会关注的热点。因此,从企业社会责任的角度,通过剖析我国家族企业的成长特征,系统地分析了企业社会责任对家族企业成长的影响,探讨了家族企业应当承担的企业社会责任,进而探究了家族企业健康成长和持续发展的策略。
With the development of the reform and opening for more than 20 years, the family business in our country is in a critical period of growth at present: faced with the comprehensive reforming of technical, system, management and culture. With the increasing social influence, the Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) of the family business is concerned by people. Based on the visual field of CSR, this paper analyzes the family business's growth characteristic as well as the CSR obligation they undertake; inquires into its healthy growth and continual development strategy.
