乳酸乳球菌NZ9000在小鼠体内的定植研究 被引量:6

摘要 将经分子探针cFDASE标记好的乳酸乳球菌以大约109个活菌给BALB/c小鼠灌胃口服,在之后的1、2、4、6、7d分别取小鼠的十二指肠、空肠、回肠和结肠各肠段,检测肠黏膜表面附着的cFDASE标记的乳酸乳球菌细胞数。结果表明,小鼠在口服乳酸菌后在肠道黏膜的不同部位乳酸乳球菌菌能够能够以一定的比例存活并附着在肠黏膜表面。在测定的第7天,存留在肠道黏膜表面的乳酸乳球菌数量在十二指肠、空肠、回肠和结肠分别占第1d的22.17%,33.29%,36.33%和35.76%。 The BALB/c mice were orally dosed with approximately 109 cFDASE-labeled cells Lactococcus lactis NZ9000 by orogastric intubation. Groups of three mice each were sacrificed on days 1,2,4,6 and 7 and the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon were extracted from each mouse and cut longitudinally. Detected the presence of adhering cFDASE-labeled L. lactis. The result indicated that a portion of the orally fed L. lactis was able to survive and attach to different regions of murine intestinal tract. By the seventh day, the amount of L. lactis that remained adhered to the intestinal mucosal were 22.17% ,33.29% ,36.33% and 35.76% of that on the first day in the duodenum, jejunum, ileum and colon, respectively.
