摘要
目的 探讨血管覆膜支架植入治疗胸、腹主动脉瘤患者的临床护理要点。方法 回顾分析我院2000年5月-2004年10月采用血管覆膜支架植入术治疗胸、腹主动脉瘤7例患者的临床资料，针对术前和术后的护理要点进行总结。结果 7例患者共成功置人支架9个，术后无并发症发生。护理要点包括：监测血压，预防动脉瘤破裂，观察下肢血运，加强抗凝治疗的护理并辅以心理护理。结论 加强对血管覆膜支架植入患者的围手术期护理，有利于治疗成功。
Objective In order to make clear the nursing experiences of endovascular stent-graft treatment for patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods From May in 2000 to October in 2004,7patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm were treated by endovascular stem-graft placement,and the nursing points during preprocedure and postprocedure were summarized. Results There were 9 stem-grafts were placed successfully for the 7 patients without any complications. Nursing points included controlling blood pressure,preventing the rupture of aneurysm,observing lower limbs blood flow, monitoring the side effects of anticoagulation treatment and psychological guidancing, were analyzed carefully. Conclusions Strengthening the perisperative nursing and psychological nursing is the guarantee
