广州市某医院门诊及住院患者肠道寄生虫感染情况分析

Investigation and analysis on the infections of faecal parasites in a hospital of Guangzhou

目的 了解广州中医药大学第一附属医院2004-2006年门诊及住院患者肠道寄生虫感染情况。方法 按《全国临床检验操作规程》（第二版）粪便直接涂片镜检法进行。结果 在55120例粪检中，感染虫种有华支睾吸虫、钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、蛲虫5种，总感染率为0.699％，5种寄生虫感染率依次为0．493％、0．122％、0．076％、0.005％、0.003％，感染的平均年龄分别为53．1、54.2、34.6、12,6岁；男性感染率（0．485％）高于女性（0．214％）（P〈0.01）。结论 来我院粪检患者肠道寄生虫感染以华支睾吸虫为主；不同虫种主要感染的年龄层有明显差异；男性寄生虫感染率高于女性。

Objective To study the infection status of faecal parasites in Clinical Laboratory of the No. 1 Affiliatted Hospital of the Guangzhou University of the Chinese Medicine from 2004 to 2006. Methods Direct faecal smears were performed and microscopically examined with the methods according to the book ＂National Clinical Analysis Operation＂ （the second edition）. Results The infection rate of the faecal parasites was 0. 699% in 55 120 patients including Clonorchis sinensis 0. 493%, Hookworms 0. 122%, Ascaris lurnbricoides 0. 076%, Trichuris trichiura 0. 005%, Enterobius vermicularis 0. 003%. The average age of the infections were 53.1,54.2,34.6,12,6 ;The infection rate of the faecal parasites in male（0. 485% ） was higher than that in female （ 0. 214% ） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The main infection of the faecal parasites was Clonorchis sinensis in patients of our hospital, the age when they were infected was different according to different parasites ;The infection rate of the faecal parasites in male was much higher than that in female.
