去乙酰化酶分类及其抑制剂治疗寄生虫病的研究进展

摘要 对真核细胞中转录的激活和遏制的研究揭示了组蛋白的乙酰化-去乙酰化作用的重要性,这个反应分别由组蛋白乙酰基转移酶(HATs)和去乙酰化酶(HDACs)催化。HDACs的抑制剂称为去乙酰化酶抑制剂(HDI),研究表明HDI具有广谱的抗原虫活性。该文综述了HDAC的简要分类、某些HDI在治疗原虫感染中的可能性及前景。 The study on the transcriptive activation and containment in eucryotic cell showed the importance of histone acetylization-deacetylization. This reaction was catalysed by histone acetyltransferases (HATs) and histone deacetylases (HDACs), respectively. Some researches indicated that the HDAC inhibitor (HDI) has broad-spectrum activity of antiprotozoon. Not only the brief classification of HDAC, but also the prospect of some HDIs in the treatmemt of parasitic diseases were analysed and reviewed in this paper.
