Two Tactics for the Adaptive Remodeling of Old Building: Renewal of Building Function and Technical Innovation for Energy Consumption

文章探讨了建筑生命周期的定义;建筑功能和性能在生命周期中的变化;适应性改造的目的,意义;在肯定艺术改造这一传统处理手法重要性的基础上,指出基于全球可持续发展和环境保护的大背景下,技术手段改造,由于其对于被动式能源利用和提高建筑能效设计的侧重,正受到越来越广泛的重视。本文结合国外最新研究成果和工程实例探讨了技术手段改造对于节约不可再生能源、提高室内环境舒适与健康性、以及减少温室气体排放诸方面的贡献。

Against the global background of sustainable development and environmental protection, the remodeling of technical medium is gaining more and more wide attention due to its emphasis on the passive use of energy resource and improvement of bnilding energy efficiency. Based on the discussion of building life cycle and in which the change of building performance, the significance and purpose of adaptive remodeling and the importance of artistic remodeling by treatment of traditional technique, and in light of two living examples and the new achievements from overseas study, this paper makes an account of the contribution of remodeling technical medium of old building in aspects of saving non-renewable source, improving the amenity and healthfulness of indoor surroundings as well as reducing discharge of green house gases, etc.
