本文主要分析CRH系列动车组技术标准的消化吸收与转化的必要性和重要性,以及国内外铁路动车组和客车技术标准现状,进而提出了CRH系列动车组标准转化的目标,阐述了标准消化吸收与转化的主要内容、重点和应该注意的问题。

The authors analyze the necessity and importance to absorb and transform technical standards of CRH series of EMUs. The current situation of domestic and foreign standards on Railway EMU and passenger car is discussed as well. Based on above,the authors put forward the target of transformation of CRH series of EMUs＇ standards,expound the main contents,keys and problems that should be concerned in the absorption and transformation of standards.
