摘要
目的观察五倍子等14种中药的体外抗菌活性。方法用新的中药抑菌实验方法测定五倍子等14种中药对112株表皮葡萄球菌的抗菌效果。结果表明五倍子等对14种中药对112株表皮葡萄球菌均有一定的抗菌活性,其中以五倍子、连翘和儿茶的抗菌活性最好,其MIC90分别为0.102、0.244、2.38mg.ml-1。结论五倍子等对14种中药对表皮葡萄球菌均有较强的抗菌活性,说明五倍子等中药是具有开发前景的抗感染中药。
Aim To evaluate the antibacterial activity of 14 kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine, including Galla chinensis against 112 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis in vitro. Methods Deterimination of antibacterial activity of these herbal medicines against 112 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis was performed by using new agar dilution method. Results The antibacterial efficiency of Galla chinensis , Forsythia suspensa, and Acacia catechu (L.)Willd against 112 strains Staphylococcus epidermidis was remarkable, and the M IC90 was 0. 102, 0. 244, and 2.38mg·ml^- 1 respectively. Conclusion 14 kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine, such as Galla chinensis had strong antibacterial activity agsinst 112 stains of Staphylococcus epidermidis, and could be used as anti-infective Chinese drugs with a good prospect of develooment.
