高渗氯化钠右旋糖酐70注射液的血管刺激性溶血性和过敏性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究高渗氯化钠右旋糖酐70注射液(Hypertonic saline dextran70 injection,HSD)是否具有血管刺激性、溶血性和过敏性作用。方法对中试产品进行了血管刺激性实验、全身过敏实验和溶血实验。结果HSD对血管没有明显的刺激作用;不引起豚鼠的过敏反应;不引起溶血和红细胞凝集作用。结论制剂的安全性得到确证。 Aim To evaluate safety of HSD. Methods Vascular stimulation, hemolysis, and hypersensitivity experiments were used to test the semi-works product. Results Serious stimulation such as denaturation and necrosis was not seen in rabbits' ear rim auricular vein after being given HSD. Allergic reaction did not occur in guineapigs. In vitro, HSD didn' t cause hemolysis. Conclusion The pharmaceutical safety of HSD was confirmed.
