化学去细胞同种异体神经的研究进展

摘要 周围神经缺损的修复以自体神经移植效果最佳。多年来,医学界不断寻找能替代自体神经的生物材料。Fawcett与Keynes认为理想的神经移植体应具备以下特征:(1)无免疫抗原性;(2)能较快地获得血运;(3)再生轴突能长入并通过该移植体到达远端部位;(4)通过移植体的轴突能成熟到具有正常的直径、髓鞘化和传导动作电位;(5)移植体内再生轴突能准确到达靶器官。与其它移植材料相比,化学去细胞神经除具备上述特征外,还具有与正常神经相似的特性,显示了良好的临床应用前景。
