微创人工关节置换术的问题与展望 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,人工关节外科发展迅速,模具设计、假体材料、生物力学、部件可调换性、手术器械及手术技术等方面都取得很大进步,手术效果和假体生存率令人鼓舞,其中在手术技术方面的主要进步是微创关节置换术的开展。虽然微创技术在不断进步,无论从理论上还是实践上都具有强大的吸引力,但对该项技术的理解、应用和开展仍然存在争议和误区。本文回顾微创技术在关节外科的发展历史和存在的问题,同时展望微创关节外科的发展趋势。
