The penetrated point in the conceiving of design is to convert the abstract cultural experience into clearcut substantial and spacial form, and to find out the balanced point and interrelation from the diversified background of regional culture, base identity and epochal features. The paper makes review of the library design and explores the tactics taking sensation as leading factor in the circumstances of specific social culture and place.
