Meigs综合征的CT诊断

摘要 Meigs综合征是指卵巢纤维瘤伴胸水和腹水，是一种少见的卵巢肿瘤，常发生在绝经期妇女，占卵巢纤维瘤的1％～2％。现将我院2例经手术病理证实的Meigs综合征的CT表现归纳分析，旨在探讨Meigs综合征的CT诊断要点。
