心脏射频消融术后心肌酶谱的动态观察

摘要 目的探讨射频消融术后心肌酶谱的动态变化及其临床意义。方法使用常规法分别测量40例患者术前和术后6h、8h、12h、24h的肌酸磷酸激酶(CKP)、肌酸磷酸激酶异构酶(CKP-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH、LDH1)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性。结果消融术后各种心肌酶的活性均明显增高,与术前比较有极显著差异。结论射频消融术对心肌有一定的损害,引起心肌酶谱活性的升高。24h不能恢复到正常水平。 objective: To explore The SeroUs myocardial enzyme activity change and clinical value after Radiofrequent catheter ablation (RFCA) . Methods: The serous CKP. CKP-MB, LOH, LDH1 and GOT wereas Sayed by traditional method at pre-RFCA and postopeation 6, 8, 12and 24 hours for 40 pationts, respect ively. Results: The Serous myocardial enzymes activity was significant increased after RFCA. comparation with pre-operation there was significant differnlation. Conclusion: RFCA could damage mgocardium, result in myocardal enzymes act ivity increased, could not repaired in 24 hours.
