HPLC法同时测定感冒清胶囊中3组分的含量

Simultaneous determination of moroxydine hydrochloride,paracetamol,chlorphenamine maleate in ganmaoqing capsule by HPLC

目的 建立同时测定感冒清胶囊中盐酸吗啉胍、对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法.方法 采用HPLC法,选用Intersil ODS-3柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,以0.05 mol·L^-1三乙胺（用磷酸调pH至3.0）-甲醇（62∶38）为流动相,检测波长220 nm.结果 盐酸吗啉胍、对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏分别在0.97～3.88 μg（r=0.999 9）、0.99～3.98 μg（r=0.999 9）、0.044～0.177 μg（r=0.999 9）范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别是99.5%、99.9%、101.2%.结论 所用方法准确、简便,专属性强可控制感冒清胶囊的质量.

Aim To establishe a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of moroxydine hydrochloride,paracetamol,chlorphenamine maleate in ganmaoqing capsule.Methods The intersil ODS-3 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） was used,the 0.05 mol·L^-1triethylamine（adjust pH to 3.0 by phosphoric acid）-methol（62∶38） as mobile phase;the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Result The calibration curves were linear over the range of 0.97～3.88 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.99～3.98 μg（r=0.999 9）,and 0.044～0.177 μg（r=0.999 9）respectively,and the average recoveries were 99.5% for moroxydine hydrochloride（RSD=2.5%,n=6）,99.9% for paracetamol（RSD=1.8%,n=6）,and 101.2% for chlorphenamine maleate（RSD=1.2%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple,which could be used for quality control of ganmaoqing capsules.
