摘要
实验室条件下,利用根田鼠1~70日龄体重和体长数据,计算其肥满度指数,目的在于分析其生长发育的基本规律。结果表明,根田鼠1~70日龄肥满度存在性别差异且随日龄增加而增大;雌雄个体的发育不同步;常见曲线回归模型对根田鼠1~70日龄的肥满度不能准确拟合,根据其生长发育状况,将其划分为3个阶段(其中幼体和成体阶段各含2个阶段)。
The index of relative fatness were computed by using the parameters of body mass and body length of root voles ( Microtus oeconomus) at 1 day to 70 days were measured in the laboratory, aiming to analyze the basic regulation of growth and development of root voles. The results suggest that: The relative fatness differed between males and females root voles and the differences increased with individual development. The relative fatness between male and female developed asynchronous. According to the condition of growth and development, the relative fatness were divided into 3 developmental phases ( in which, the phase of offspring and adult root voles including 2 sub-phases, respectively ) for the common curve regression models did not fit well.
